ReWork by Jason Fried and David Heinemeier

ReWork, the book by Jason Fried and David Heinemeier is a thought provoking read and sets out to challenge the assumptions that many people make about work and commerce. It is a great book for startups/entrepreneurs and will make you question the current ‘rules of business’.

Common work factors such as bureaucracy, image (example turning up to a 3 hour meeting just to be shown to be attending), how interruption goes against productivity, building a product vs a half-assed product and more.

It is a book that can help change the way you think about how business is done vs how business should be done.
